Conveyance is an additional facility provided by the school for the convenience of students. The following points must be observed and adhered to:

1. Comprehensive Bus Service: The school provides a dedicated bus service for student commutation, ensuring a safe and convenient mode of transportation.

2. Registration Policy: The bus service facility will be provided only to those who register for it on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Selected Routes: Our bus service operates exclusively on selected routes. This facility is available for the entire academic session (12 months) and is not offered for shorter durations.
4. Conveyance Fee: Conveyance fees are charged for 10 months and must be paid in four instalments.
5. Annual Conveyance Charges: These charges should be remitted in four instalments at the school counter within the specified period, as detailed in the Fee Card.
6. Late Fees: Defaulters shall remit the fees with an additional late fee of Rs. 50/- within the same period of the following month.
7. Priority Enrolment: Preference for bus services is given to students in lower classes and those residing outside the areas of Nipaniya and Samaspur.
8. Fixed Routes: The school buses will operate solely on the prescribed routes. Parents are encouraged to review the route map before finalizing admission.
9. Session Duration: The conveyance facility is not available for one-way trips or for periods shorter than a full academic session.
10. Parental Travel Restriction: As per government policy, parents are strictly prohibited from traveling in the school vehicles.Parents are kindly requested not to travel in the school vehicles.
11. Governmental and Unforeseen Situations: In the event that the government requisitions the buses, or in unforeseen circumstances, the school bus service may be temporarily suspended. During such times, parents are obliged to arrange for the transportation of their children to and from the school. Please note, there will be no reduction in the conveyance fees during these periods.
