REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION
- Registration Process:For registration, the admission forms, along with the prospectus, must be collected in person from the office upon remittance of the required fee. It is important to note that the registration of a child or aspirant does not guarantee admission.
- Merit-Based Admission: Admission to the school is strictly based on merit, ensuring high academic standards and a culture of excellence. This process evaluates applicants based on their achievements and potential, fostering an environment enriched by talented individuals. Fairness and transparency are upheld, providing confidence to students and parents. Ultimately, this approach underscores the value of hard work and intellectual curiosity, forming the foundation for a successful academic journey.
- Required Documentation: For admission, the submission of essential documents is mandatory. These include the Transfer Certificate from the last attended institution and a copy of the Mark List from the qualifying examination. For admissions to Nursery, Kinder Garten, and Class I (if not registered to school), Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card are imperative. For classes I and above, the transfer certificate from the last school attended must be provided. Additionally, a copy of the Aadhar card of both parents as well as the student, is mandatory for all classes. For students seeking admission to classes I to VIII, the PEN number and the AAPAR number are required. These documents are crucial for verifying the child’s academic history, age, and identity.
- Parental Presence: Parents of the prospective student must be present and sign the admission form along with other necessary documents.
A. INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Interview Notification: An interview for the child registered for admission will be conducted on the date informed. The interview process aims to assess various skills and abilities of the child, ensuring they meet the school’s standards.
- Interview Requirements: During the interview, children are expected to recognize and recite English alphabets, recognize and count Hindi alphabets and numbers from 1 to 20, and identify colours, flowers, animals, birds, and fruits. Additionally, children should be able to answer questions smartly and intelligently, demonstrating their readiness for the academic environment.
- Parental Involvement: The interest and availability of parents in supporting the child’s education will play a crucial role in the selection process. Active parental involvement is highly valued and considered an essential factor for the child’s success and overall development.
B. ADMISSION TO CLASSES OTHER THAN
NURSERY AND KINDER GARTEN
- Seat Availability: Admission to classes other than Nursery will depend on the availability of seats. The school ensures a fair selection process based on the number of available seats in each class.
- ICSE School Transfers: Transfer Certificates (TC) from ICSE schools will be accepted for all classes, along with the mark sheet. This ensures a smooth transition for students coming from ICSE-affiliated institutions.
- Admission for Classes Above VI: Applications for classes above VI will be considered only if the pupil is from a recognized English medium school. In such cases, the competent authority must countersign the transfer certificate, ensuring the authenticity of the document and the student’s academic background.
- Entrance Examination: Written tests and interviews will be conducted in all subjects to assess the student’s knowledge and skills. Admission will be granted solely on the basis of merit, ensuring that the most deserving candidates are selected.
