Fee Guidelines
- Fees Structure:Fees are charged for the entire calendar year and are categorized as follows:
- Admission Fees:These are payable at the time of admission to the various stages of the school (Kindergarten, Primary, Upper Primary, High School and Inter School.)
- Composite Fees:This includes tuition fees, library fees, computer fees, digital classroom fees, communication charges, sustenance and maintenance expenses, staff welfare, festivity expenses, electricity expenses, and developmental fees. The composite fee is charged for the entire year and is to be remitted quarterly in four instalments.
- Examination Fees:These fees are charged for the entire academic year and are to be remitted in fourinstalments.
- Fee Submission: School fees must be remitted at the school counter within the prescribed period as indicated in the fee card. The fee card should be presented each time fees are submitted.
- Online Payments: Online payments should be made as directed by school authorities, and the payment receipt must be submitted to the office for record-keeping.
- Normal Fee Collection: Normally fees will be collected without a late fee until the 20th of each instalments’ payable month at the fee counter.
- Late Payments: With permission, a convenient facility is extended whereby payment can be made along with the next instalment, accompanied by a nominal late fee of Rs. 50/-, if the instalment remains unpaid by the 20th of the month.Failure to pay fees beyond the prescribed dates will result in the student being struck off the rolls. Re-entry will be treated as re-admission, requiring payment of admission fees and all arrears.
- Fee Adjustments: The levies for admission, composite services, examinations, computer use, and transportation shall remain unaltered, regardless of any absences or incompleteattendance.
- Certificate Charges:The issuance of any certificate incurs charges and must be remitted to acquire them.Certificates include, but are not limited to: Academic Performance Certificates, Transfer Certificates, School Leaving Certificates, Passing Certificate, Character Certificates, Marksheet/Grade Card, Attendance Certificates, Merit Certificates, Award Certificate,Co-curricular Activity Certificates,Certificates of Participation, Leadership Certificate,Payment Confirmation Certificates,Referential Certificates,Legal Validity Certificates,Verification Certificates etc.
